How to book an appointment for service

  • After taking subscription plan, within 24hrs customer will recieve invoice to his mail , post that customer can avail the services.

  • Customer can call on operations number or they can scan the qr code to book an appointment, it will directly redirect to the booking page.

  • Customer need to book the slot prior 3 hours.

  • Booking hours for services is from morning 10am to 4pm, because post 4pm garages will not take new services.

  • Before filling the form kindly check the services like minor and major breakdowns .

  • post filling, operations team will check and send the technician to customer's place or customer can directly visit the garage .

  • Book one day prior inorder to avoid future problems

  • Company isn't responsible to pay which is not under the plan.

Returns & Refunds policy

After booking an appointment , within 10 days if company couldn't able to provide the services , then refund will be initiated.

Apart from this there's no other refund policies.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Conditions for returns:

until unless , if company couldn't able to provide services within 10 days,. if company says no, then company will give refund.

Taking plan in first week , due to some xyz reasons if customers wants to drop and asks for refund ,then company is not responsible for that.

If customers doesn't take any services for 2 or 3 months continously , company is not responsible for refund.

Services

  • In Bike & Car , both Essential and Classic Plans are ment for general checkups.

  • Major check-ups would not be possible in Essential and Classic Plans .

  • Engine oil facilty is available only in prime plan, twice in a year.

  • For changing the engine oil , service charge will be bared by the company in Essential and Classic Plans .

  • Any replacements either a minor or major part need to bare by the company .

  • Major check-ups only included in prime plan of Bike and car, depends upon the major breakdown , company will bare 20% and customer need to bare 80% ( terms & conditions apply )

  • company is responsible to pay which is under the plan , out of the plan customer need to bare that charges .

  • price is limit for every services .
